Reidar consulting has over 20 years of experience in the real estate companies. It took part, among others, in project management, project supervision, real estate development, financial reorganisation, companies IPO flotations in several different stock exchanges, capital raising, fund raising, marketing strategies and more.

We have managed the construction and marketing of over 20,000 apartments and more than 100,000 sqm. of offices and industrial space.

Reidar is currently working in Poland with ROBYG company and in USA with E&M Security Management LLC.

Here are a few of our highlights:

• ROBYG - the foundation of the company in Poland. In 2006 Reidar has successful joined Lehman Brothers in a joint venture with ROBYG. In 2009 Reidar has started actively managing ROBYG, which was selling approx. 300 apartments per year. In 2010, ROBYG was floated in the WSE for the value of 520M PLN, and in 2017 there was an SPO and the company was valued in the price of  860M PLN. In 2016 the company has sold approx. 3,000 apartments in Poland alone.

• NANETTE - Reidar was the leader of the establishment of NANETTE Group in 2001, which was the European arm of real estate development. In 2006 NANETTE was floated in London's AIM for the value of  approx. 100M GBP. In 2007 Lehman Brothers real estate fund bought 15% of allocated stocks, in the value of approx. 200M GBP.
